Veribuy checklist reports and inspection videos are hosted on your Veribuy dashboard, in your service booking deliverables tab. You’ll be notified of updates/completion with dashboard notifications or optional phone/email notifications. You can also download your reports as PDFs.

Veribuy inspectors are certified specialists with an average of 5 years of experience in the field and their local servicing area. Inspectors undergo regular training of both international and internal Veribuy standards. To expand our global servicing reach we also work with certified, reputable inspection agencies trained on our software and are overseen by Veribuy account managers.

Factory audits and inspections follow the ISO9000 group of international quality management standards. For sampling we use the internationally recognized ANSI / ASQ Z1.4 (ISO 2859-1) statistical sampling procedure. For production quality control we use the acceptable quality limit (AQL) international standard.

Simply provide us with their details when booking the service. Our team will contact your manufacturer and explain the details of our Factory Auditing process. If they reject our terms or impede our inspection we will fully refund your service purchase.

Our inspections are fully recorded from start to finish, using GPS we determine when our inspector arrives and automatically begin recording. All data entered into the inspection checklist must occur while recording, ensuring all data is accurately represented.
