Veribuy seeks to build high value collaborations between top tier manufacturers and committed buyers. Our Factory Matching service charges buyers between $99-$299 to connect with a manufacturer. Our video based software and quality control services then allow buyers to invest in full transparency, helping you build trusted business relationships and sell more effectively.

We choose our manufacturers carefully to ensure the best chance of new/repeat orders from our buyers. If your company is not receiving order requests, we’ll dedicate resources to finding you a buyer match or refund your membership fee after 6 months.

When joining the platform we perform a factory audit report paired with a fully recorded video. This report is then yours to share with any of your current or future clients to build trust and business transparency. In addition, all of your product orders that go through Veribuy are documented and the data is then added to your manufacturer profile. This again helps show your capabilities and performance history to any new clients.

Veribuy is currently working on launching a product/manufacturer marketplace where buyers can freely search for their needs. (Similar to Alibaba.com) Though our marketplace will be focused on transparency and accountability using our dedicated video software. Buyers will be able to view manufacturer audit reports/videos and factory performance history. Then, buyers can request livestream video meetings to tour your products/showrooms like a trade show. When placing an order, all quality control services are documented and the results displayed on your product/factory profile. Our goal is to make your business stand out and increase your credibility.

Order Protection is an optional service buyers can purchase to hold order funds in an escrow account throughout the manufacturing and shipping process. This service ensures buyers their funds are safe from scams or bad quality products. It also ensures the manufacturer that the buyer has placed the order funds in a secure escrow account, payment release terms are negotiated between the buyer/manufacturer.

Veribuy’s Order Protection contract terms and quality control guidelines are clearly explained for both buyers and manufacturers. In the event of an order dispute Veribuy has absolute rights of mediation and control of order funds. Our strict start-to-finish quality control evidence collection means any disputes are likely to occur and be identified early on, allowing for quick and less expensive fixes resulting in continuously positive business relationships. Veribuy will review buyer/manufacturer conversations and review all quality control reports and video evidence to uncover fault. Veribuy will then offer several solutions and if an agreement is not reached, Veribuy will make the final decision.
