Veribuy manufacturers are all vetted for their capabilities prior to joining the platform and again before starting production on individual client orders. They are made well aware of our strict evidence collection policies and assurance to our buyers. Our manufacturers and service representatives are fully video monitored for quality assurance and accountability. Manufacturer performance data is then recycled into the platform for product quality and client experience improvements.

Our inspections are fully recorded from start to finish, using GPS we determine when our inspector arrives and automatically begin recording. All data entered into the inspection checklist must occur while recording, ensuring all data is accurately represented.

If Veribuy’s software fails to collect clear video evidence of an inspection, we will either refund your payment or schedule another inspection at our expense.

You don’t need to be a quality expert, just describe your requirements and our experts will build you a quality control plan for you to approve, customize, and review.

Factory audits and inspections follow the ISO9000 group of international quality management standards. For sampling we use the internationally recognized ANSI / ASQ Z1.4 (ISO 2859-1) statistical sampling procedure. For production quality control we use the acceptable quality limit (AQL) international standard.
